Thanks for pointing that out, the market doesn't really appreciate this, on a per shareholder basis OMH shareholders own almost as much of Tshipi. JMS owns 49.9%, OMH owns 13% using a JMS shareprice of 26c then OMH share price value of Tshipi is 17c /share.
Currently JMS has a MC of $500 million, OMH has a MC of $340 million plus OMH has the largest alloy smelter in SE Asia (outside China)
OMH lacks buyers ie liquidity, if 12 million shares of OMH (like JMS today) were traded in a day the shareprice would be $2 or $3
