"With some savings" Given the on ground team in place this could surprise us all on the upside and more than make up for the higher royalty rate.
If these savings flow over to Phase 2 it would be even more material. Look forward to seeing the NPV impact when they announce more details on the savings.
"Plenty of Interest in Phase 2" - coming from JP who generally talks us down there is likely very strong interest. Some competitive tension will be nice.
