It is definitely strange not to have a $10k subscription sitting between the $5k and $15k subscription amounts. Don't know what they were thinking. Actually I don't understand why they even complicated the process with fixed amounts. It will certainly look pretty silly if they subsequently scale back to a cap of some odd number of shares (e.g. 96,107 shares for $11,052.31).
