Have any overseas investors heard anything about receiving a payment instead of the in-specie GRL shares? Or is it that we just don't get anything from the spinoff?

I was half hoping, although read in the prospectus oversea investors were entitled to shares in GRL, that might get shares but nothing when I signed in to Automic today to check holdings and haven't heard anything formally about a payment in-lieu. Preference would have been the shares as a payment in AUD$ would no doubt incur fees and may be awkward to pay into my bank in NZ (its an Australian owned bank).
