You have to consider outstanding costs will be higher than just those of the initial 30kt shipped milled and processed.
So like the first run last time you would expect funds to start showing up a little later after gold from the second campaign is processed/minted/cashed
The second campaign might well be over 60kt at a guess as stockpiles are still being mined as we speak and ore delivered to a Rom pad.
The initial mint payout will be covering all those costs for the next campaign upfront well before there is any split to partners which will only occur once those and foreseeable expenses are prepaid between mint returns.
Last time there was an first initial payment after the second milling run had nearly completed from memory.

Doesn't make any change to the sum of money coming,just means it won't be there for a few months most likely.
