there is is an article written with the help of lonza about the manufacturing economics. very technical but explains the cost of goods and limitations in production , in relation to the number and size of reactors required, the handling requirements of having so many reactors to achieve certain numbers of doses per year at certain cell densities using existing expansion technologies.

from the charts in the article i think we can say that without significant investment there won't be enough to go around. considering there are 5m hf patients in usa and 500k new diagnosis per year.
