The BOM really need to get some progress on their lucrative Cu and Au stock piles and get some cash in the door for exploration down the track when Cu could be far higher and investors hungry for good Cu explorers....
AWJ has done a great job in executing this strategy and am expecting HOR to follow suit.
They certainly better not raise in this market at this share price!
