All the prod tax credit for rare earths and batteries manfg is allow the npv modelling to insert the credit into the models for financial planning.
With the libs saying they dont support it I have serious doubt the credits will see the light of day. First credits in 2027.
Lots of risk assuming this is real benefit here.
Dont see how DRE will benefit here as the producers like lynas and arafura take that risk.
What do others think?
