SO just to be clear, almost 3 years ago TCMG purchased a mill that ERM announced would be constructed by early 2022. TCMG also purchased the local motel in order to house workers.
The NT government had committed funds to central processing plant prior to 2021 (can't see anything announced recently but I am sure you can supply something).
But despite all this TCMG simply couldn't afford to transport the mill and construct it until just now despite it given them access to income from the processing of tailings in a very short timeframe?
