The statement spoke volumes, so, unless some catastrophic event happened in the intervening few weeks, I expect we will get some fantastic news. Clearly, they were telling us that the benefits are outweighing adverse effects!
I have been a little intrigued by the lack of reaction from the SP, considering this was pretty much the most plain reveal that one could ever get in these things! But, as they say, the market always knows something we don't!
