What are the risks here to PPS from this breach? I'm not an IT person so don't have a full understanding of this matter. If there are significant issues or client loss/credibility loss, does IRE provide compensation under the terms of the sale of OneVue to PPS? What could be the extent of loss and/or compensation? The share price has sold off...does anyone have any insight?
How quickly were PPS going to migrate clients off the OneVue technology and onto the Praemium technology suite to sterilise any risk posed from this breach?
Any informed thoughts would be appreciated.
