I've thought about this all day, and yeah, in general agree with BrainRot's post.

I do believe that this announcement is a positive sign and have no fundamental issue with the associated CR, but only in the philosophical sense, not the "market pops off" sense. As mentioned, need something nice and valuable to pop up in the dirt! Nice to see more dirt being examined for that possibility, and the fact that management is taking opportunities that present themselves is where that philosophical positive comes from to my eye. Means nothing though if there's been investment in dirt only...
