We don't have a lot of figures to go by, but they have stated 7.5 million tests in 24 years. If I assume growth since 2021, then Medicheck could be doing 900,000 tests per annum (average per annum is 300,000 tests). If I assume we can convert 3% of these test to a consult, then this partnership could result in 27,600 consults per annum. At AUD$88 per consult, that's another AUD2.5 million in the kitty each year. A lot of missing information here, but this deal has the potential to be significant in terms of revenue generation ie if Medicheck are doing more tests and the conversion rate could be higher if the customer experience is seamless. The added benefit is the DOC gets exposed to their 200,000 customers.

Perhaps the deal will lead to even more consults than I assumed - albeit 3% seems like a conservative conversion figure now
