True, but the conservative nature of Rowena and Ian, plus the degree of urgency in having a western supply chain of critical materials has me assessing the risk of these LOIs as being more favourable of converting than not.
In other words the current price that does not factor, these LOIs being converted and no offtakes for Dubbo being signed and no production at the KMP ever happening is worth an entry.
