Can any Top 20 shareholders negotiate on behalf of MNS?
Of course Not. It would be in breach of many regulations and contract laws.
Seriously, the only way MNS management can negotiate on behalf of IM3NY is with the approval of the current directors of IM3NY - then, they would want to be involved - as they are Legally Liable to all stakeholders; such as, regulators and shareholders.
And PWC would have next to no chance of gaining access to current management reports, without the approval from the current board of IM3NY.
However, from this press release, MNS as shareholder of IM3NY, did not mentioned they were able to gain access and co-operation from the current board of IM3NY.
Maybe you guys can email MNS and get clarifications.
