Regarding the progress during the quarter, the fact that we WERE 90% complete on an "earned value" basis nearly a month ago tells me that we must be perilously close to 100% complete now. I would not be surprised if the qualification "earned value" actually means that what we have contractually agreed to pay on a progressive funding basis to vendors. It is often the case that a small portion of the contracted amount is witheld pending satisfactory operating performance, so I would not expect us to be 100% on an "earned value" basis until we are actually satisfied that the plant equipment is operating, eg. the dry circuit may be virtually 100% complete (as at end of quarter) on an earned value basis given that commisioning had commenced.
It's an exciting time to be a long term holder!
