You were right . I was expecting them to get into August-sept funded by sales or by loan but they have chosen the dilution pathway . Not on terrible terms (pretty much market at the minute ) but still IMO a real kick of sand into face of small holders especially the bonus options . Shows how hard small pharma are to fund and how hard it is for them to get single products into store and promoted along with expenses and they are doing it on a oily rag. . Only positive is if the funding actually provides a massive IRR to actually move share price with good sales and expansion that exceeds the dilution . If the issued shares are sold into market and caps price and downward pressure it is further pressure on small holders coming up to tax loss selling time. Not great at all IMO
