There is no guarantee on the $550m they have their cap in hand on a street corner looking for.
Historically debt laden Li mines do not fair well.
Black swan event, accident at the mine etc etc can kill a company with debt.
Debt that will be costing $100 a Tonne if only the existing Ford $300m facility I should add. Double that with the $250m that is having the interest capitalised
