This isn’t going anywhere until at least Octobe 2025, if it starts to re trade before then the SP attached to the tranche 1 payment will get destroyed in the fight to get out, they can’t sell any of the tranche payments until they are received, who is going to trust actually getting a payment, some are calling to wind the company up as soon as possible, this would be disastrous as GF wouldn’t have anywhere to pay the tranche money, best idea is to stay suspended until October 2025 and work it out from there
