CNB won’t raise in current market conditions. They are still well funded in current cash position of $18m. The suspect of a raise would be increased if we were trading at fair or above value, which we are currently quite far off.
I have suspicion that the HMX play was discussed by the CNB board during this period. Given that, no raise in the next 6m IMO.
