I have to agree, if you cant even get the right tax provision calculated (especially on only one transaction!) how ton earth are they measuring and then managing their investment decisions?
We will see a lot of Ooops, we got that wrong!
Better still we may get, "we saved tax by making investment losses!"
I would feel much more comfortable if the cash and investment decisions were in my hands and not this boards!
