I agree with you golden kiwi.
The number of ships allowed to dock and load sand at Cape Flattery is limited,
and CFSM already uses it to the maximum allowed.
So I can’t see CFSM or more specifically their parent Mitsubishi giving up any of their allocated allowance for anyone else to use it.
All shipping movements inside the reef are very strictly controlled for environmental reasons.
And it is this restriction which does not allow ships to dock at Cape Flattery more often.
