Why the optimism? If another company gets a 50% surcharge on their SP, our offer should currently be closer to $0.5. Less if you look at the 6-month average. And it's usually not the case that the final offer is three times as much. Fair value in the SHA? Could be anything. Serious question. Maybe I'm missing sth.
