As a rule I don't think it's a good idea for investment firms to comment on hotcopper no matter how bullish they are on a stock.
As to the mining right appeal. You posted an article yesterday from 3 years ago. Can you post evidence that the appeal is still valid and ongoing? It has been a consistent argument of yours that it would be a major impediment for achieving finance.
