A group of PE analysts sat in a room and came up with an offer of $1.40. I would believe it is worth that price or more at the moment.
The IBC did describe the offer as disappointing. So I do not think we will be proceeding with it. I anticipate an offer from another PE firm at or around the $2 mark. This is not financial advice. Do your own research.
