Here's some 'fun facts' for those interested.

The AGM is on Friday at 2pm AWST.

Unusual as it is normally 10:00 am and mid week (Fri in 2022 but at 10:00am).

So it is being held after hours on a Friday.

Unless they announce something about a director being appointed between now and then, there will be a trading halt.

One of the the 2 Australian based directors (Shannon) is leaving at the end of the AGM. The other, Blair, is up for re-election.

The board is searching and appears to have forgone the 'easy' option of appointing Joan Dabon, the company secretary. Guesswork.

Just an admin thing? Maybe. Or part of Ivan's 'revolution'? Part of a broader move?

The point is though that something needs to drop to rectify the board structure (post Shannon leaving) and the company appears to have planned to have a couple of days for a pow-wow over the weekend and there seems to be a lot happening in SEA and no official announcement yet.

As mentioned, this just might be an admin thing but I love a bit of intrigue. Ha!
