It seems that if half the retail holders voted against it all (and for #12) we would have a chance in stopping it...Or have I overlooked something? I don't think any right minded retail holder would vote on their side... But if too many holders are lazy and don't vote then we have no chance.
I'm surprised they are allowed to utilise all the uncast votes to vote toward their agenda... Is this usually allowed?
