I discuss valid facts and he has to reply with his opinions. There is no arguing that Minbos has a very solid project with great financials that are highly likely to pass most bank's due diligence. The first and largest part of the capex debt requirement has been approved by the IDC but Merchant can't just accept that.

you need to take him to the vet Chuk, maybe they can sort him out. Otherwise, a one way walk down to the back paddock
