    I interpret this that the list of defeating conditions have been freed but the 50% hurdle still stands...

    AGM is looking to reinstate proportional takeover provisions to help defend against takeovers like this

    that needs a 75% vote to pass... I wonder if they can use all 16% of the voting rights they listed, even though they don't own the shares yet...!?
