OM1 SH should be aware that DG is NOT the 100% Lease-holder of the Torp Lake Lease (as at 16 Jan 2024, see Ref 1 below ).
DG MUST acquire full unencumbered Title to that lease from the sole holder (Ryan Kalt, a foreign national I understand)
BEFORE any transaction takes place.
To do otherwise is extremely imprudent.
OM1 SH should not be asked to invest exploration time and money on an asset they will not control.
OM1 SH are not interested in being exploited in this way.
There are plenty of other good Li opportunities in Canada if only some effort is taken to LOOK !
