If they are able to terminate the agreement and finance it by the way of debt then it will almost automatically bounce back to 45c plus but some one on this forum said the proposed financial deal was binding on both party's , any one know if that's true ??, one things for sure the price of gold has boomed since the proposed equity deal was proposed .
