On announcing the SPP dates, they could not in alter it to close earlier, thereby unfairly disadvantaging shareholder plans to participate.
One or other of: Extensions, Scale backs or Over subscriptions, are certainly possible.
With a comparatively strong share price and U308 booming- heavy subscriptions are a high likelihood and over subscriptions by many millions of dollars, will be the big decision for PEN.
IMHO this will run, after this highly sought after offer has closed.
