Ann: Proposed issue of securities - CCO, page-2

I am very unimpressed and disappointed in the amount of paper this company is putting out. Nice way to kill the share price!
I bought some options because the only records I could find about options on issue was about 50 million. So CCOOA were a bit rare and offered good leverage. Then the coy comes out and asks us to approve the issue of about 140,000,000 CCOOA which should have been issued about a year ago - and weren't. The EGM for the ratification of this issue is a few days away. If approved, and including the issues of the past few days, there will be about half a billion CCOOA on issue! Really? What a way to trash your own SP.
IF the demand from NOVUS was as strong as pertained in today's announcement - why not just refuse to give away a one for one free option. The NOVUS sofs get a free kick. They can sell their FP at a profit -which depresses the SP as is happening today - , and keep their options so they can participate in the future success of the company. No risk.
This is terrible. The company has to do better than this.
CCO had better put out some good sales numbers soon - that's all I can say.
