They could make an offer, but at what price. Are they the buyer? Will we know?
They could be accumulating, and would not have to declare until they become a substancial holder.
There's a lot of cheap shares to have as many are willing to sell cheaply.

Who is keen to buy large amounts at 0.002? Apart from this CR, I am not seeing ANY volume.

Potential of accumulating. Sure, they'd need to announce at 5%. That's 250 million shares (of 5billion), so the buyer will need to be named?

If anyone was keen, they'd be hoovering up the 0.002 every day, but alas, there is nothing trading.
