Great for those who got their foot in the door. Everyone else is diluted more than ten percent & will have to load up on-market if (as I do) they love Yandal's future prospects.
Take a look at the Top 20 shareholders, mostly very smart players who are in it for the long run. Datt Capital is one of the most impressive holders in the Top 20. Mr Datt is one of Australia's smartest fund managers & he's parked a fair bit of his own family's money into Yandal which should say something.
On my part I wager Yandal will be a dollar stock someday. I'm holding on till then. Miffed I didn't get my allocation but that's life.
