Don't see why they would change their payout policy. Interest rate payments will soon become a tailwind so it all works out.
By my calculations DDR is currently sitting at EPS of 33c at the end of Q3. Based on the trajectory they are on, EPS for Q4 will be between 11 and 13c. I am expecting the year to finalize at earnings of 44 cents so a 14c dividend should be in order for Q4.
