Then to your point if issues arise in the untested cohort from phase 2, the whole phase 3 collapses?
I'm accepting of your theory, but should point you to Starpharmas (SPL) trial results on Viraleze, where their product was more effective in 48+ group. They took all ages and found at the younger age it was not as effective, due to the failure to stay the course with regular squirting (according to SPL).
The connection here of course is SPLs chair is BITs non exec director Rob Thomas. You'd hope he'd be guiding the CEO through this, after his viraleze experiences.
