1. Yes. I am being paid half the cash salary of the previous CEO and the other half is being paid in options. Not that it is too important, but you all might have noticed I am also filling in as the CSO too with the help of Prof Kelso so RAC is getting a real bargain
2. Yes. This figure is a combination of exercising my bonus options and also my plan to buy some more RAC shares on market too.
