What better way to screw out a better deal / mining code acceptance across all miners than screw another company over as proof of what nightmare we can place on you.

That company can take them to court but during prolonged discussions / legal wranglings who benefits?? Not the companies shareholders thats for sure as both LLL and FFX holders can attest to date.
