What you wrote was incorrect, and no amount of gaslighting and 'oh dear' can change that. It's obvious you took someone pointing out the flaw in your claim as a deeply personal affront to your intelligence/skill/whatever that must be vigorously defended.
It's great you are buying ARU at nice valuations, and if you understand valuations you would love ARU to issue 71M shares at $24M. It would probably be around 10% of the equity needed once you factor in strategic equity.
