A key metric to watch is whether Dr T maintains above 5% after any future cap raise or is diluted under 5%, after which i'd expect him to start selling. Dr T has done a great job to rally the retail base around RAC and to position it for institutional investment. I know most people think that a T/O may be in the works for FTO, but I doubt any pharma company will aquire the FTO assets of RAC so early on in the discovery process. But who knows, maybe big pharma will suddenly develop an appetite for novel RNA-directed therapeutics.

On the other hand, if Dr T continues to buy shares then his exit may represent a strategic move where he could aim to mobilise the retail shareholder base to vote against any board recommendations, which he would otherwise not be able to do. So could you expect to see Dr T return to HC anytime soon?

The value for RAC is currently centered around the FTO story, not so much AML, MM or cardioprotection.
