- one (1) BP for cardio, eg. Amgen,
- to another totally different BP for FTO, say Pfizer,
- and maybe to another 3rd BP (eg. Otsuka) for AML

Race, the licensor, can still retain the IPs when we license out the IPs to different licensees (BPs).

Royalties is one form of payment for a license agreement. In addition to royalties, other types of payments are milestones (product development, approvals or sales), upfront fees and or a combination of these types of payments.

My suggestion is we get a combination of these types of payments for each license:
1) Cardio - Upfront USD5-8B and royalties from sales for its patent life. We could also ask for milestone payments for product development and approvals
2) FTO - Same or similar to Cardio, upfront USD5-8B and royalites from sales for its patent life, milestones for product development and approvals
3) AML - same as above

Race can still create a bidding war for each license per indication by identifying and build the relationship with the potential licensees (BPs) in each indication and when the time is right, eg. P2 interim results, we could induce/encourage and hold a license auction for each indication !
