I found out - "RTH was admitted under the profit test rather than the assets test which means the Appendix 4C (Listing Rule 4.7B) does not apply to RTH from its admission."
So they were making profits pre listing, and despite making marginal losses post listing, they are exempt from quarterly reporting.
