I like the chances of the appeal.
I also like their other projects but understand why they have been put on the back burner. I’m not against them pursuing the gold but don’t rip too far into our 12 million unless it’s shows to be very prospective.
To my understanding it seems that the convenor may side with the reason of the EPA over the assessor so that bodes well for us so it’s far from dead in the water. 3 weeks to appeal and it should take under 60 days for the convenor to make their decision.
I have faith in management, we have waited this long…..
