I agree and have said it before AVZ will win all its court cases and arbitration's "if" and its a big if they can can secure the $$$ to go the distance.
Tethyan copper eventually won in ISCID against Pakistan a relatively wealthy country compared to the DRC "but" it still took 11 years.
Digoil won against the the DRC but haven't seen one red cent of their award and SDL Sundance Resources also havent seen a dime.
Hopium here is all they have and the best BOD on the ASX ( now not on the ASX ) clearly were not up to the task as you have alluded too in your post .
