The math does math, to me 3 for 11 is a 27% dilution? but they are giving only a 25% discount on the last price?
Am I working this out correct? and haven't included the dilution from the free options, only if they are in the money in 18 months?
giving an 18 month timeline on options at .45c when current price is .4 is not showing much faith in growth?
