I'd be more worried about negative sentiment weighing on RF1 SP. People don't have to be rational. As an absolute worst case scenario, if Regal got pinned by ASIC and lost their license, RF1's strategy goes out the window because there is no-one to replicate it.
Not suggesting this is a likely scenario at this point.
