Can't announce something on a verbal agmt - so wait until docs have been signed off by both parties.
My view is, that is where we are at, docs have been going backwards and forwards for some time now, little details being picked up along the way (lawyers raking in fees hand over fist!!), now everything has been agreed to, and final docs ready for signature. The only thing left to decide is how best to publicise and announce the deal of the decade.
Guess we'll know next Wednesday.
