If that does get pulled the restart is at risk, especially when you take into account cash burn from the SX production.

Then no restart definitely means no drawdown of Tranche 2 debt facility. Additionally, Nebari would have to be asking questions about all of this prior to letting TNC draw down debt anyway.

None of this is good and a lot of questions will need to be answered before positive sentiment will return.
