Good questions. It seems to me that if GOR sold the Co. holding in DEG that it would do so at a substantial premium to the current DEG share price. Perhaps potential buyers of the GOR stake in DEG have approached GOR? This then would require far less funds for GOR to raise.
I do not hold GOR (however I do hold shares in DEG)
